Regardless of which service tier a client selects, every Kasih search begins the same way: with a direct conversation. We ask about your timeline, your household, the kind of mornings you prefer, and what you are moving toward — not just what you are moving from. That context shapes everything that follows.
From the first conversation, we draw a shortlist of candidate residences from our network of owner-verified properties in the Damansara districts. Each property on that list has been pre-visited by a member of our team. We share our honest written impressions before arranging any client viewing.
When a property is selected, we manage the tenancy documentation carefully — reviewing lease terms, confirming deposit arrangements, coordinating utility handovers, and conducting the move-in walkthrough alongside the client. For Family Relocation and Signature clients, we remain available throughout the tenancy.
Our approach is consistent across all service tiers. What varies is the scope — the range of properties we consider, the depth of settlement support we provide, and the number of additional services included. The quality of attention does not vary.
Damansara Utama Residence Search
A patient search service for clients drawn to the village-like rhythm of Damansara Utama and the adjacent Damansara Kim and Damansara Jaya districts. The area is known for low-rise residences, mature trees, and a settled local character within easy reach of central Kuala Lumpur. We pre-visit each candidate residence and share honest impressions before any viewing is arranged.

Family Relocation & Tenancy Coordination
A coordination service for families relocating into the Damansara districts. We bring practical concerns — school proximity, weekend life, household help — into the residence shortlist, then handle owner verification, lease drafting and review, deposit and utility handover, and the initial move-in walkthrough. A single coordinator remains available throughout the tenancy.

Signature Damansara Residence Programme
A relationship-led arrangement for clients seeking the upper tier of the Damansara residential rental market — low-rise residences, considered townhouses, and architecturally led residences within the area's quieter quarters. Includes private viewings, building dossiers, airport reception, household staff introductions, and continuing concierge attention through the residency.

Pre-visit protocol
Every property proposed has been physically visited and assessed. No residence reaches a client's shortlist on the strength of listing photographs alone.
Privacy and confidentiality
Client information is held with care and used only in the conduct of the search. It is not shared with third parties without the client's explicit knowledge.
Clear written scope
Before any search begins, the scope, fee, and terms of engagement are confirmed in writing. There are no verbal understandings that are not also documented.
Responsive communication
All enquiries are responded to within one working day. During an active search, clients can typically reach their coordinator directly during office hours.
Document-led tenancy
Lease review, ownership verification, deposit structuring, and utility handover are standard across all tiers. Clients enter each tenancy on a well-documented footing.
BOVAEP compliance
Our coordinators operate under the standards of registered negotiators in Malaysia. This is not a formality — it means our conduct is subject to professional accountability.
